Studio Story & Philosophy
The workshop grew out of collaborations between interior designers, architectural technicians, and carpenters who were frustrated by the gap between concept drawings and mass-market furniture. They wanted a place where ideas could move directly from sketches to sawdust without losing nuance. Over time, the studio evolved into a dedicated space for made-to-measure joinery, focusing on residential projects that require both technical competence and sensitivity to how people actually inhabit their homes. Today, the team brings together specialists in cabinetry, metalwork, and finishing, united by a shared respect for wood as a living material that changes with climate, touch, and light.
Each commission is approached as a dialogue rather than a transaction. Instead of presenting fixed catalog options, the designers listen to your stories about storage frustrations, unbalanced corners, or rooms that never feel truly resolved. From there, they develop concepts that bridge structure and emotion: practical solutions that also feel calm, warm, and tactile. The studio places a strong emphasis on prototyping details in the workshop, testing handle heights, joint options, and lighting channels before finalizing drawings. This experimental mindset keeps the work grounded and prevents overdesign, resulting in furniture that feels reassuringly solid yet visually refined.
Based in Valencia, the studio draws inspiration from Mediterranean light, urban apartment proportions, and the region’s tradition of craft. Collaborations with local metalworkers, upholsterers, and glass specialists allow for cohesive interiors where every element—from sliding doors to upholstered benches—shares a common language. Sustainability is approached pragmatically: selecting responsibly sourced boards, minimizing waste through precise nesting, and designing pieces that can be repaired, adjusted, or reconfigured over time. Ultimately, the studio’s ambition is to create furniture that feels like it has always belonged in your home, quietly supporting your daily rituals.
